Fozzy Retail Group To Purchase Several Retailers In Southern Ukraine

The Antimonopoly Committee announced yesterday that they had agreed to allow Fozzy Group the holding company for one of Ukraine’s largest supermarkets, Silpo, to purchase several smaller retailers in southern Ukraine.
