Galnaftogaz to Conduct IPO on LSE in 2009

According to a company press release, Galnaftogaz (GLNG: U/R) has decided to conduct its IPO on the London Stock Exchange and is targeting placement date in the beginning of 2009. The company’s vice-chairman said that Galnaftogaz is currently adopting its corporate governance policy to the requirements of the Combined Code on Corporate Governance of the London Stock Exchange.
