Germany's ProCredit boosts stake in ProCredit Bank to 80%

Germany’s ProCredit Holding increased its stake in ProCredit Bank (Ukraine) to 80% via the acquisition of a 20% stake from the Western NIS Enterprises Fund, the holding announced on Friday. In related news, the company’s shareholders will consider going ahead with an additional share issue at their AGM on April 28, as a result of which the bank’s charter fund will go up UAH 77 mln to UAH 227 mln. The other 20% stake in the bank is held by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
