Golden Telecom Licensed For 2.4 GHz Use In Ukraine.

The National Communication Regulation Committee (NCRC) granted Golden Telecom a license for the use of 2.4 GHz frequencies throughout Ukraine. Golden Telecom is going to use this frequency to build Wi-Fi wireless internet access networks.
