IFC Approves USD 30 mln Loan for Khlibprom

Khlibprom (HLPR), one of Ukraine’s largest bread producers, signed an agreement with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) for a nine-year USD 20 mln senior loan and a ten-year USD 10 mln convertible loan. Khlibprom plans to use the financing to increase production, build a new flour mill, modernize bakeries, upgrade its retail chain and refinance short-term debt.
