Inflation Slows To 1.8% mom In November

CPI slowed from 2.2% mom in October to 1.8% mom in November bringing yoy inflation to 10.6. The main inflation drivers were heating and utility tariffs which rose almost 3-fold in October. 10.6% is in line with our 2006 CPI forecast of 11%.
