Inter Media Group to Conduct IPO

U.A. Inter MediР° Group Limited, holder of 61% of major Ukrainian TV channel Inter and other media assets in the country, announced it will conduct an IPO on an international stock exchange. Timing of the placement was not announced. Inter Media’s IPO broadens the media stock universe; to date the only tradable name is KP Media (KPME: N/R).
