Interpipe Companies Announce Merger

At their AGM last Friday, Niko-Tube and Nikopol Tube Company shareholders voted in favor of merging the two companies into a new entity that will be called Interpipe Niko-Tube. Interpipe will control 83.85% of the new company. The move is part of Interpipe’s restructuring in the run up to its IPO, expected in 2008.
