Interpipe Sets Sights On IPO In 2008.

The Managing Director of Interpipe Group, Alexander Kirichko, has announced that the company plans to hold an IPO in 2008. According to Kirichko this year the company will focus on consolidating its holdings in preparation for the offering.  Concorde Capital: Interpipe is one of Ukraine’s largest companies and accounts for 4.1% of the world’s seamless pipe production and 10% of the world’s railway wheel market.  Nikopol Seamless Pipe – Niko Tube and Nyzhnyodniprosky Pipe Plant (NITR: BUY) are both part of the Interpipe Group
