KDD Group breaks off talks to buy Kyiv's Darnitsa shopping center

KDD Group (KDDG LN) said yesterday in a statement that it decided not to continue negotiations to acquire Kyiv’s Darnitsa shopping center due to a disagreement over the price. KDD Group announced on January 30 that it signed a preliminary agreement to purchase the mall, located in Kyiv’s Leningrad Square. KDD Group previously managed the building’s reconstruction and selection of tenants on behalf of the owner. The 6-story Darnitsa shopping center has 12 ths m2 (5.83 m2 of commercial space) broken up into three areas – a boutique gallery, a Velyka Kyshenya supermarket and a Puzata Khata restaurant.
