KDD Group in talks to sell 50% of Metro City

KDD Group (LSE: KDDG LN) is in negotiations to sell 50% of its Metro City project in Kyiv to foreign investors, Vice-President Petr Radchuk said yesterday, according to Kommersant. Metro City is a multipurpose facility with a total area of 635.4 ths m2 and retail area of 227.2 ths m2 and office space of 114.5 ths m2. The project also includes a hotel with 200 rooms.
