KDD Group plans to direct over USD 400 mln in financing into its projects by 2010

According to Interfax, KDD Group (KDDG: N/R) CEO Petro Slipets said on Friday that the company plans to direct USD 400 mln, including USD 300 mln in loans, on project development by 2010. Slipets says it now has financing for four projects currently under development including Kyiv’s PecherSKY, Sky Towers, World Trade Centre (49% of the latter project is planned to be sold to a foreign investor by end-2008) and Lviv’s Diplomat Park (the company is planning to finalize a credit line to finance this project in 1-1.5 months). The company plans to attract financing and begin building the Kureni 5-star hotel in Kyiv by the end of the year.
