KDD Group to sell 49% stake in flagship World Trade Center project in Kyiv

KDD Group (KDDG LN: N/R) is in talks to sell a 49% stake in its World Trade Center, a new business center project in Kyiv with a total area of 158.9 ths ha, Vice-President Petro Radchuk said yesterday. According to Radchuk, Renaissance Capital and Colliers International will arrange the deal, which is expected to be closed by the end of 2008. Radchuk said that the potential investor will assist in attracting loans for the project. The project is expected to be completed in 2Q10.
