Kernel Group to acquire grain terminal in Illichivsk

Kernel Group (KER PW: N/R) is in the process of acquiring a grain terminal the Black Sea port Illichivsk, the company announced on Friday. Acquisition of the terminal structured through Namsen Ltd, Kernel’s major shareholder, for tax purposes.
