Kernel-Trade To Make USD 20 mln Local Bond Issue

Kernel-Trade shareholders decided to make a USD 20 mln (UAH 100 mln) local bond issue with a coupon of 14% at their AGM on August 29. The company will issue the bonds from September 11 to November 9. Kernel-Trade is a Kyiv-based trading company and is related to oil extraction & refinery plants and grain elevators throughout Ukraine.
