Kharkiv court suspends lower court decision to annul Cadogan’s Pirkovske license

Cadogan Petroleum (CAD LN: N/R) announced yesterday that the Kharkiv Appellate Administrative Court suspended the decision of the Poltava Regional Economic Court (of June 17) that invalidated Cadogan’s license to develop the Pirkovske deposit, until the Kharkiv Court issues a final statement on the issue. The Kharkiv court is expected to take up the matter on its docket soon. A similar hearing over Cadogan’s license to the Zagoryanske deposit is scheduled for August 20.
