Kharkiv Tractor (HTZD: N/R) convened one of three AGMs scheduled yesterday in different locations (two in Kharkiv that were less than 1% attended by shareholders) and one in Cherkasy (about 74% attended). According to Chief of Investor Relations Valery Maydanyuk, the AGM in Cherkasy did not approve the company’s 46-fold charter fund increase.
