Khartsyzk Pipe 7.92% stake transferred for Metinvest restructuring

Metinvest said yesterday a 7.92% stake in Khartsyzk Pipe (HRTR) was transferred between undisclosed parties. Metinvest said the transaction, involving 205,955 shares sold at UAH 2.15 per share, was within the framework of the group’s restructuring.
