Khartsyzk Pipe to make USD 65.8 mln dividend payout

At their AGM on July 31, Khartsyzk Pipe (HRTR: SELL) shareholders voted to pay out UAH 319.0 mln (USD 65.8 mln) in dividends, 98.7% of 2007 net income (DPS of 0.02 USD, dividend yield of 6.8%).
