Khartsyzsk Pipe to pay dividends of 0.3 UAH per share

On Tuesday, Khartsyzsk Pipe (UX: HRTR UK) shareholders voted at an AGM to distribute UAH 170 mln of 2010 net income and UAH 620 mln of retained earnings into dividends. The total payment will amount to UAH 0.3 per share or 23% of the market price before the ex-rights date. Ex-rights date is April 11; dividends will be paid from April 18, 2011 to April 18, 2012.
