Khartsyzsk Pipe ups monthly pipe output in July

Khartsyzsk Pipe (HRTR UK) produced 16 kt of large diameter pipes in July (up 5.6x mom). Output in 7M12 was down 20% yoy to 286 kt.

Roman Topolyuk: July’s production was in the lower bound of the company’s guidance range (see our news of July 6). The outlook for the nearest few months remains uncertain; we confirm our forecast for reduced pipe production of 400 kt in 2012 (down 35% yoy), which implies EPS will halve yoy to USD 0.02 per share.
