Khlibni Investicii mulls over sale of 25% stake

Khlibni Investicii Holding, one of the biggest Ukrainian bread producers, is considering a sale of up to a 25% stake to portfolio investors for USD 30-40 mln, the company’s President Yuriy Tryndiuk said yesterday in an interview to the Delo daily. The proceeds are planned to be used for construction of the company’s new plant in Kyiv region and, probably, another plant in one of the Eastern regions.
