Kievenergoholding To Buy 9% Of Kievenergo's Shares On The Secondary Market

The Director of Kievenergoholding Yurii Bondar, said that the company was planning to buy a 9% block of shares in Kievenergo (KIEN: BUY) to increase the city’s authority in the company. According to Bondar, Kievenergoholding plans to buy the shares from the companies Zaroya and Densec which together hold about a 28% stake in KIEN. Alexander Paraschiy: This is good news for KIEN as more business groups are taking an active interest in leasing the company’s power generating and distributing capacities.
