Kominmet to increase charter fund by 19.5%

At their AGM yesterday, Kominmet (DMZK: HOLD) shareholders approved a 19.5% charter fund increase to USD 12.3 mln via an additional share issue. Kominmet plans to issue 48,310 mln shares at par, USD 0.05 per share. Subscription will be held July 14-18.
