Kominmet to increase charter fund by 24%

According to Interfax, shareholders of Kominmet (DMZK) voted on Monday for increasing charter fund by 24% to UAH 95.5 mln. The shares will be placed in two stages: (1) from February 16 to 20, (2) on February 23. The funds will be used to replenish the company’s working capital.
