KP Media AGM to Consider Charter Fund Increase to USD 5.5 mln

The agenda for KP Media’s (KPME: U/R) AGM on April 22 includes consideration of a 9.5% charter fund increase to USD 5.5 mln, Interfax reports. The company plans to issue 1 mln shares at par, USD 0.48 per share. Subscription will take place in two stages: from July 10 to July 15 and from July 16 to August 4, 2008.
