Krymsky Soda Increases Sales By 29% yoy In 2005 To USD 91.9 mln.

Soda production increased by 12.4% to 717 mt. More than 89.48% of Krymsky Sodovy (KSOD) belongs to RSI Erste BeteiligungsGmbH (). Concorde Capital: Krymsky Sodovy posted an EBITDA margin of 27% and Net margin of 11% in 9M05. The State Property Fund has been voicing complaints about the low price RSI paid for the company, and plans to seek a “peaceful” agreement, involving an additional payment for the stake.
