Krymsky Sodovy Increases Charter Fund By 21% To USD 43.5 mln.

The shareholders approved the results of the subscription, now it must be registered with the State Securities and Stock Market Commission. Krymsky Sodovy (KSOD) announced plans to invest USD 15 mln in 2005 to increase soda ash production by 25-29% to 800-820 th mt per year. Nearly 46% of this amount will come from RSJ Erste BeteiligungsGmbH (Germany), the company?s major shareholder.
