Kryukiv Wagon raises freight car output 4% yoy in 9M12

Kryukiv Wagon (KVBZ UK) produced 1,038 freight railcars in September (up 5.9% mom), Interfax reported yesterday. Total railcar output grew 3.9% yoy to 8,860 units in 9M12, including passenger railcar (up 10.4x yoy to 52 units).

Roman Dmytrenko: Kryukiv continues to operate at close to its maximum production capacity of ~1,000 freight railcars/month. We expect the company will manufacture 11,500 freight cars (up 12% yoy) and 64 passenger railcars (up 2.3xyoy) in 2012. We estimate total revenues of USD 860 mln for the year (+12% yoy and 3% above our previous forecast).
