Kryvorizhstal's (KRST: Hold) Announces AGM Results

The company’s AGM decided to pay USD 138 mln (35% of 2004 net income) in dividends, or DPS of USD 0.035 and dividend yield of 7.0%. Also, a new supervisory board was elected that will consist primarily of government representatives.
