Kyiv Aviant To Participate in Production of Russian Aircraft

Kyiv-based aircraft producer Aviant has signed an agreement with Kazan aviation plant to jointly produce the new Russian passenger plane Tu-334, according to the Russian officials. Inna Perepelytsya: After the An-148 project, Tu-334 is the second joint Russian/Ukrainian project for construction of a new regional passenger jet. Motor Sich (MSICH), the supplier of engines for both projects, will definitely win from closer cooperation of the two aviation industries.
