Kyiv's AA+(ukr) Rating Affirmed by Fitch

Fitch Ratings yesterday reiterated an AA+(ukr) rating with a stable outlook on Kyiv’s upcoming 10-year local bond issue of up to UAH 1,275 mln (USD 253 mln). Fitch said that the rating reflects expectations of growth in city budget revenues. The agency said that Kyiv has a high level of liquidity, while its debt burden remains moderate and amounts to 21.4% of revenues.
