LUAZ Plans 2009-10 IPO

The Lutsk Automobile Factory (LUAZ), part of the Bohdan Corporation, plans to hold an IPO in 2009-10. President of the Bohdan Corporation, Oleg Cvinarchuk, said the company would place a 10-20% stake among foreign investors. Last month the company announced plans to attract over USD 343 mln this year through syndicated loans, a CLN issue and by increasing its charter fund, which will go toward increasing production and its IPO.
