Luhanskteplovoz Ends 2006 With USD 3.1 mln In Losses

Luhanskteplovoz (LTPL: HOLD), Ukraine’s only producer of diesel locomotives, reported loses of USD 3.1 mln in 2006. The company also saw its total assets dip 10% to USD 78 mln. Head of the State Property Fund, Valentina Semenuik, said early this month that it would place a 76% stake in LTPL on the auction block this month.
