Luhanskteplovoz increased output twofold in 1H11

Luhanskteplovoz (UX: LTPL UK) produced 42 locomotive sections in 1H11, total value UAH 600 mln, up 2x y-o-y, Interfax reported yesterday. Mongolia purchased 34 locomotive sections while Russia and Ukrzaliznitsya bought 4 locomotive sections each. Vitaly Gorovoy: Generally 1H11 production figure is in line with our estimations. We expect Luhanskteplovoz’ 2011 top line at USD 190 mln, up 76% y-o-y.
