Luhanskteplovoz increases production 2.6x yoy in 2008

Interfax reported yesterday that Luhanskteplovoz (LTPL) raised its output 2.6x yoy in 2008 to UAH 1.28 bln (USD 166.8 mln). General Director Viktor Bykadorov said that the company planned to supply 13 2TE116U diesel locomotive sections to Russia in 1Q09. Bykadorov also said that Luhanskteplovoz could produce trolley busses and other vehicles for regional electric railways to support transportation needs for Euro-2012.
