Luhanskteplovoz to deliver 120 diesel locomotive sections to Russian Railways

Luhanskteplovoz (LTPL) announced yesterday that it agreed to deliver 120 diesel locomotive sections to the company Russian Railways in 2009. In the release, Luhanskteplovoz said that its production was up 212% yoy in 11M08.
