Lvivoblenergo AGM fails to convene due to quorum absence

Lvivoblenergo (LVON: U/R) AGM scheduled for yesterday didn’t take place through lack of quorum. Only 27.8% of voting shares checked in, while quorum is 60%. Other “conflict” oblenergos also failed to hold their AGMs, including Sumyoblenergo, Poltavaoblenergo (POON: U/R), Chernihivoblenergo (CHEON: U/R), Ternopiloblenergo (TOEN: U/R).
