Lvivoblenergo Banned From Holding AGM.

A court has banned Lvivoblenergo (LVON: BUY) from holding its AGM today. The official reason for the court?s decision is unknown. Concorde Capital: The conflict between the company?s main minority shareholders lead to the court decision. During the last two weeks Sumyoblenergo (SOEN: BUY) and Ternopiloblenergo?s (TOEN: BUY) AGMs were also banned. The failure to hold AGMs will postpone dividend payments which are expected to yield up to 6%.
