Megabank completes sale of 30% to EBRD, KfW

Megabank (MEGA) shareholders, at an EGM on Friday, confirmed the results of the bank’s recent additional share issue, which increased its charter fund by 43% to UAH 500 mln. As part of the transaction, KfW and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development each took 30% stakes in the Ukrainian lender.
