Megabank Places Two Local Bond Issues for USD 5 mln

Megabank announced the placement of its UAH 10 mln (USD 2 mln) series C bond issue and a UAH 15 mln (USD 3 mln) series D issue in a press release yesterday. According to Megabank, the series C bonds have a 30-month maturity (Nov. 1, 2006 – April 30, 2009) and a 14% coupon rate; the series D bonds have a three-year maturity (Nov. 1, 2006 – Oct. 31, 2009) and a 14.5% coupon.
