Metinvest Reaches Long-term Agreement with MMK Illicha on Iron Ore Supplies

According to Ukrainian News, Metinvest has reached a three-year agreement with MMK Illicha Steel (MMKI: BUY) to supply it with 24 mln mt of iron ore by 2011. The company’s iron ore division director, Alexander Vilkul, noted that Metinvest will deliver 8 mln mt of iron ore to MMK Illicha Steel annually, 6 mln mt supplied by Inguletsky Iron Ore (IGOK: N/R) and 2 mln mt by both Pivnichny Iron Ore (SGOK: N/R) and Centralny Iron Ore (CGOK: N/R).
