Metroimpex acquires 19% of Ukrrichflot

Interfax reported yesterday that Metroimpex (Virgin Islands) has accumulated a 18.979% stake in Ukrrichflot (FLOT). Minority shareholder Kulata Ltd (Cyprus) raised its holdings in the company from 12.0% to 12.1%. Yegor Samusenko: We view these shareholder changes as technical deals between entities owned by Konstantin Grigorishyn who, by our estimates, controls 96% of Ukrrichflot shares.
