Milkiland CFO resigns

Milkiland (WSE: MLK PW, BUY) reported yesterday in a statement that Sergiy Andriychuk resigned as CFO; he was not a member of the board of directors. Andriychuk had been with the company since May 2001. The company said it had initiated a search for a replacement. In the interim, the position will be filled by IFRS Manager Alexey Archipov.
