Mironovsky Khliboprodukt Announces IPO Plans

Yesterday Mironovsky Khilboprodukt’s largest shareholder Yurii Kosuyk, said the poultry producer plans to place no less than a 20% stake on the London Stock Exchange in May or June of 2007. In October, the company announced plans to reorganize its chicken farms and poultry product plants into one vertically-integrated limited liability company. The company also recently made a USD 250 mln Eurobond placement with a 5-year maturity.
