Mironovsky Khliboprodukt Takes Step Toward IPO

Mironovsky Khliboprodukt group, Ukraine’s largest poultry producer, announced yesterday that it was planning to reorganize its chicken farms and poultry product plants into one vertically-integrated limited liability company. The company’s shareholders will vote on this issue at Mironovsky’s AGM on November 24. Nick Piazza:  Mironovsky is known to be preparing for an IPO in 2007, and the company’s reorganization is certainly a step in that direction.
