Mittal Steel Kryviy Rih Increases Revenues by 30% yoy in 2006

According to Vice-President of the Ukrainian Ferrous Metals Association, Sergey Grishenko,the steel smelterMittal Steel Kryviy Rih (KSTL: HOLD) increased revenues by 30% yoy to USD 2,851 mln in 2006. However, the plant’s press service declined to comment financials and called them unofficial. Eugene Cherviachenko: If figures disclosed in the media are true, reported revenues would be close to our December 2006 forecast of USD 2,846 mln.
