As of June 30, the number of mobile phone customers came to 35.6m, or 76% of the population. Leaders are Kyivstar (16.01m) and UMC (15.11m), which together have 87% of the market. Alexander Paraschiy: The number of mobile phones is now three times larger than the number of fixed lines (11.1m).
