Moody's Raises Kyivstar's Credit Rating To Ba3

The Moody’s Rating Agency announced on Friday that it had raised the credit rating of Ukraine’s largest mobile operator, Kyivstar, from B1 to Ba3 with a positive outlook.  Moody’s cited Kyivstar’s strong financial performance as the reason for the upgrade and noted that only the company’s unresolved shareholder conflict kept its rating from being higher.
