Moody's withdraws ratings for Index Bank

Moody’s Investors Service said yesterday that it withdrew the ratings on Ukraine’s Index Bank: B2/NP in foreign currency debt and Ba1/NP for national currency debt. Index Bank is Ukraine’s #41 largest lender by assets, according to National Bank of Ukraine data as of Oct. 1, 2008.
